「農業生態系服務研討會」邀12專家分享經驗  串聯產官學研推永續農業

        為使各界有效瞭解我國農業生態系服務價值與綠色給付相關政策推動,台大生工系11月15日舉辦「2021年農業生態系服務研討會」,邀請12位國內專家分享永續農業與農業生態評估技術的最新發展,並提出未來優先執行方向,串聯產、官、學研界資源,投入台灣永續農業發展。

       此次研討會由行政院農業委員會農業試驗所主辦,行政院農業委員會林務局及台大生物資源暨農學院協辦,會議主席為農試所所長林學詩,籌備委員則包括生農學院副院長林裕彬、生工系主任余化龍、教授范致豪及助理教授潘述元等人。上午場特邀農委會主委陳吉仲、內政部營建署城鄉發展分署簡任正工程司王文林、農委會企劃處處長莊老達及農試所研究員郭鴻裕進行演講。

 

        下午場則邀請國內相關專家共12人,分享永續農業與農業生態評估技術之發展現況,提出未來優先執行方向,關鍵研討主題包括國土規劃與農業政策、農業生態系服務量化模式、農業生態與綠色給付及生物多樣性與生態監測等,希望能讓與會者了解如何運用生態系服務概念與價值,共同創造農業永續發展與經濟共榮。

        此外,研討會也透過國內學生研究論文海報發表,交流與分享我國相關最新研究成果,為未來研究發展注入新世代能量,打造國內永續農業環境管理與農業生態系永續之榮景。

        生工系表示,本次研討會與會人數超過120人,串聯我國官、產及學研界之量能與資源,使農業生態系服務之理論與實務經驗擴散至更多相關單位,共同投入我國永續農業發展,放大跨單位合作效益,加速農業農地生產力全面升級,以克服未來氣候變遷與永續農業之挑戰。

2021 Agricultural Ecosystem Service Conference

 

        The Department of Bioenvironmental Systems Engineering has organized the "2021 Agricultural Ecosystem Service Conference" on November 15, 2021 at the National Taiwan University Convention Center. The Conference was sponsored by the Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute  (Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan), and co-organized by the Forestry Bureau (Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan) and the College of Bioresources and Agriculture of National Taiwan University. The members of the Organizing Committees include Vice Dean Yu-Pin Lin, Chairman Hua-Long Yu, Professor Chihhao Fan, and Assistant Professor Shu-Yuan Pan. The invited keynote speakers in the morning session of this Conference include the Minister of Council of Agriculture Chi-Chung Chen, Director of Urban and Rural Development Brach Wen-Ling Wang, Director of the Planning Division of COA Lao-Da Zhuang, and Dr. Hung-Yu Guo from TARI.

        The number of participants in this Conference is more than 120, which successfully connects the capacity and resources of the government, industry, academia and research circles in our country. Therefore, the theory and practical experience of agricultural ecosystem services can be spread to more relevant units and jointly invested in the development of sustainable agriculture in our country. This conference has also amplified the benefits of cross-unit cooperation and accelerated the overall upgrade of agricultural farmland productivity to overcome the challenges of future climate change and sustainable agriculture.
